I'm looking for a good GUI client for Amazon S3. Best funk guitarists. On Windows I used Cloudberry Explorer and I would like to know if there's anything like that for Mac OS X. Stack Exchange Network. Amazon S3 GUI client for OS X [closed] Ask Question 13. With S3 Browser, you’ll get all of the basic file management tools you could want in a simple, accessible package. Offering client-side encryption, folder synchronization, bandwidth throttling and support for multiple accounts, S3 Browser makes Amazon storage instantly usable and easy to navigate. So, you have files you need to manage on servers. Maybe you’re a developer. Maybe you’re a system administrator. Maybe you’re a contractor or freelancer. But you need to connect to a thing, and upload, download, or tweak the files on that thing. That’s what Transmit is for. Transmit’s big strength is its clean interface — our famous “dual-pane” view is way faster than the Finder. But Transmit also has tons of very nice features like File Sync, which can mirror remote and local (or, now, local and local!) files in one click. Transmit also takes great care to let you organize your Servers for fast access. And with Panic Sync, you can sync them to all of your computers. Never type a server address again. Now, long ago we’d call Transmit an “FTP client”, but today, with Transmit 5, we connect to lots of different server types and cloud services. For example, Amazon S3 dramatically changed the way files are served on the internet, and Transmit is a great way to manage your Amazon S3 buckets. Put simply: Transmit lets you quickly and easily manage files on the internet. Find docs, tutorials, hints, or get support in the Lost Your Serial Number? To avoid confusion we made ForkLift 2 free. If you purchased ForkLift 2 here and wish to upgrade to ForkLift 3 please visit our website for more information*** ForkLift is a robust and elegant Finder replacement and FTP + SFTP + WebDAV + Amazon s3 client, fully embracing the Apple methodology of bringing incredible power to a beautiful and easy-to-use, approachable interface, it also integrates multiple features you would normally buy in many separate applications. Batch Rename, App Deleter, Archive creation & management, powerful Folder Sync, and the ability to Split and Combine large files are all at your fingertips. NOTE: App Store versions do not contain the Disklet feature and cannot perform privileged file operations. This app has about all the features you’d really need in a file manager. The problem is that it feels dated and the the user interface is very clumsy compared to what I’m used to on other platforms like Altap Salamander (for Windows) and Krusader for (Linux/KDE). I’ve been using this tool for quite a few months and have never really gotten a “feel” for it like others. For instance, instead of clicking a star to open one of the directory panels into a page, why not make it a drop down with font type set to 9pt. For this menu, make folders default to collapsed so I can stuff all my dozens of bookmarks into this nice small space. That said, this tool does what it claims and works fine.
